Job Opportunity & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an intelligent, reliable, hardworking person who is looking for an excellent full-time career opportunity in this industry. Your initial responsibilities would include handling the daily shipping & receiving duties, Delivering and Picking up parts.

However, we all share multiple responsibilities, you would be expected to learn, and advance in to, other facets of the daily business operations and develop a strong knowledge of the products we carry. This could include Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory Control.

Skill Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Completion of High School
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-service skills.
- Aptitude for organization & planning, as well as very high attention to detail & accuracy.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office skills are an asset).

Sales Associate - Lowriders Unlimited (Ladner)

Position Overview:

Our Sales Associate is responsible to the Store Manager for providing exemplary customer service and personal sales at the retail level.
Other duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store will be assigned by the Manager and other senior staff from time to time.
A Sales Associate is expected to maximize their personal sales, achieving or exceeding assigned quotas.
They also ensure that all transactions are carried out in a professional manner and comply with published company policies.
These associates assist in unloading, unpacking and pricing of incoming shipments and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager.
They must attend all training and attain the level of knowledge and expertise expected of all our Sales Associates.

Daily Tasks:

- Assist walk-in customers, Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.
- Order parts not in stock, Notify the Shop Manager and the customer that ordered parts have been received.
- Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Replenish assigned inventory daily, Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Clean computer terminals and printers daily.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to the manager.


- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skilled with data entry
- Proficient with computers including strong internet, database, Excel and MS word experience
- Willing to learn new online systems
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Minimum one year of experience in an automotive parts dept.
- Minimum one year of sales experience.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time.
- Must have outgoing, pleasant, and positive attitude and superior customer service skills
