This is a complete replacement knuckle style suspension Lift Kit for the 2009-2014 Ford F-150 4WD; providing 6” of lift height.
Includes fabricated rear lift blocks and rear Superlift Superide shock absorbers.
Direct bolt-on (No Weld Design)
