Each kit consists of two threaded large 60mm body performance dampers with the option of independent compression and rebound damping force adjustability. Belltech coilovers come preassembled with matched performance coil springs, Aluminum spring perches, progressive rate open cell bump stops, and plastic dust boots.

A large portion of that simplicity is also owed to the Trail Performance dampers sitting at the core of each coilover. Our Trail Performance dampers are made with ideally preset damping forces to provide you with a top-quality suspension upgrade, constructed of galvanized steel and zinc-plated for longevity. They showcase large, 2.4" (60mm) bodies, 35mm independent rebound and compression valves, and 20mm hardened chrome piston rods. Together, the components add strength to the design and keep oil cool for damping that will not fade even under high stress. To create height adjustability Belltech uses a threaded damper and spring perch. The spring perch is designed to sit in place and not do any adjusting over time. Because the coilover height is customizable, we made sure the bump stop engagement was also able to be edited. Our use of a progressive rate polymer, open-cell, bump stop, and packers refines the arrangement and gives your vehicle the most ideal suspension results. The Belltech linear spring is made of cold-formed high tensile steel and is powder coated red to achieve an eye-catching yet protective layer. Belltech coilovers also use high durometer vulcanized rubber bushings to reduce any unwanted noise and vibrations. To keep the piston rod safe, we utilize a plastic dust boot, and easy installation is achieved by mimicking the OE top mounts. Belltech engineers designed these coilovers by looking into every detail possible to provide you with the most desirable suspension option on the market.
