Design

Designing the Chevy Tahoe/Suburban/Avalanche PRO-series headlights presented a challenge due to limited space. To accommodate modifications, we extended the lens outward, creating more room. Our solution includes an L-shaped LED tube serving as DRL around the dual projector. These headlights feature activation lights, serving as running lights upon unlocking your vehicle, along with white DRL light. The bottom section houses a reflector lens for turn signals. H7 halogen bulbs are used for both low and high beams in these headlights.

Housing

Our Chevy Tahoe/Suburban/Avalanche PRO-series headlights come with chrome, black and jet black housing. The chrome housing gives your truck a stock housing look and match your truck if you have a lot of chrome accessories. On the other hand, the black housing gives your truck a sporty look and easily match with any color truck and front grill. Above all, the jet black housing is our special designed housing that has the glossy look mixed with the black paint, and it will give your truck a sporty and luxury look at the same time.

The Chevy Tahoe/Suburban/Avalanche PRO-series headlights are available in chrome, black, and jet black housing options. The chrome housing provides a stock housing look, ideal for trucks with ample chrome accessories. The black housing offers a sporty appearance that effortlessly matches any truck color and front grill. Lens

The Chevy Tahoe/Suburban/Avalanche PRO-series headlights feature a durable polycarbonate plastic lens. To enhance performance in extreme weather conditions, we apply an anti-fog agent that improves light output. Additionally, a protective coating is applied to prevent yellowing and oxidation, ensuring the longevity and clarity of the lens.

Our Chevy Tahoe/Suburban/Avalanche PRO-series headlights are compliant with SAE and DOT FMVSS108 regulations. Moreover, all our products are certified to ISO-9000, ISO-9001 and ISO-9002. Most importantly, we inspect every detail of the lights to make sure we are satisfied and so are our customers.
