A big drop for a big truck, this kit will bring the front down 6? with both upper and lower control arms, why both? A radical drop like 6? changes everything, suspension travel, alignment, ball joint angles and only Calmax control arms can bring order to this chaos. The upper arms provide alignment and correct ball joint angles and of course the lowers give you the 6? drop while maintaining the factory spring rate in the torsion bars. Even with a 6? drop everything lines up and the lower ball joint angle is perfect. Add Calmax SuperShocks and you’ve optimized your front drop.

When you move the rear axle to the top of the leaf spring you get 8?of drop because that massive 1-ton leaf spring is so thick. The flip kit comes equiped with frame supports for your c-notch, adjustable axle brackets for fine tuning pinion angle and you get a new cross member to replace the factory one which is now so low it will scrape the pavement!

There is alot of work involved with installing this kit. None of it super hard or requiring special tools, just a bunch of labor. A 6/8 drop “out of the box’ is radical, the results are stunning!
